U.S.G.A. AND THE
FOLLOWING LOCAL RULES SHALL GOVERN PLAY
Lateral Hazards: All hillside boundaries, defined by
edge of turf.
Ball hit into creek: Drop on side nearest green, 1
stroke penalty.
Out of Bounds: right size of #1, defined by wall
No spectators, caddies or walkers allowed on the
course.
No mulligans, 1 Ball Per Person
CAUTION
Reclaimed water used for irrigation. DO NOT DRINK.
Wildlife: Various types of wildlife are known to
inhabit areas within and adjacent to the boundaries
of the golf course. Poison ivy, skunk, deer,
raccoon, rattlesnake and on rare occasions, even
bobcats, and mountain lions have been sighted. While
no known incidents or attacks have been reported,
golfers should be alert to the potential danger and
use discretion when straying off established cart
paths, roadway and pavements.
Notice: Entry into the Aliso Creek property and/or
participation in golf or any related golfing
activities contains Danger and Risk of Injury.
Conditions of the Aliso Creek property change from
time to time and may become more hazardous. Golfing
is an outdoor sport which by its nature involves
inherent danger due in part to participants'
actions. Therefore, persons ASSUME all risk
connected with the Aliso Creek property while on the
premises, and RELEASE Aliso Creek Inn & Golf Course
of all claims resulting from injury, incident or
accident occurring on the property.
